2548102050 - CSA Alexandria 2017
Interested consumers/collectors can purchase an "art box" consisting of six pieces of locally produced artwork (one from each artist). Boxes will include photography, oil, fiber, gelatin silver prints, metal and ceramics.
Art Boxes will be distributed at our Pick-Up Party on Wednesday, September 27, 7-9 p.m. at Durant Arts Center, 1605 Cameron Street, Alexandria, VA 22314.
You will have a chance to mingle with fellow shareholders as well as meet the artists that designed your artwork, all while enjoying live music and appetizers. Each shareholder may bring one guest to the Pick-Up Party (tickets required). If you are unable to attend the party, please contact Sandy Depew at 703.746.5566 or sandra.depew@alexandriava.gov to make alternate arrangements to pick up your art box.

Do you love marionettes and other puppets? Bring your creative ideas for a puppet you wish to create. The Puppet MakerFest is collaboration between the Office of the Arts and the National Capital Puppetry Guild. Master puppeteers will hold puppet-making workshops and host two puppet shows throughout the day. Children 2 years and younger are FREE. All children must be accompanied by at least one adult.
